Josh Colley
Assistant Coach - Horizontal Jumps
Josh Colley is an accomplished jumps coach and former NCAA Division III All-American, bringing both elite competitive experience and proven coaching success to FTG Track Club. A USTFCCCA Regional Assistant Coach of the Year, Colley has guided athletes to high-level achievements, including an NCAA Division III All-American, four USTFCCCA All-Region selections, and a Regional Assistant Coach of the Year honoree. As an athlete, he recorded a personal best of 8.00m in the long jump and earned three USATF Indoor Top-8 finishes, while also holding Widener University’s indoor long jump record. Specializing in horizontal jump technique and development, Colley plays a key role in elevating FTG athletes to national-level performance.
Gavin Colley
Head Coach - Sprints and Jumps
Gavin Colley is the Head Coach of FTG Track Club, specializing in the development of power-based athletes across the 60m, 100m, 200m, long jump, and triple jump. A USATF Level II certified coach in sprints, hurdles, and relays, Colley has led athletes to elite success, including an NCAA Division III National Champion, multiple All-Americans, eight USTFCCCA All-Region selections, and 15 Middle Atlantic Conference champions, while earning two USTFCCCA Regional Assistant Coach of the Year honors and two Middle Atlantic Conference Assistant Coach of the Year awards. As a former NCAA Division III All-American and four-time national qualifier, Colley holds the Widener University 60m record and competed at the national level, including qualifying for the 2023 USATF Championships. He was also named the 2023 USATF Mid-Atlantic Club Athlete of the Year and was part of the 2018 Penn Relays 4x100 Olympic Development Championship team. Blending elite sprint performance with technical event mastery, Colley brings a results-driven, athlete-centered approach that defines the standard of FTG performance.
Azon Miller
Assistant Coach - Olympic Lifiting
Azon Miller serves as the Assistant Strength & Weightlifting Coach for FTG Track Club, bringing a performance-driven and holistic approach to athlete development. A 2018 USA Weightlifting Top-40 athlete, Miller combines competitive experience with applied coaching expertise as a current weightlifting coach for the Widener University track and field program. Holding both USA Weightlifting Level 1 and ACE Sports Performance certifications, he has played a key role in accelerating athlete progress through individualized strength, power, and movement-based training. His integrated approach to performance has helped athletes develop explosiveness and resilience, contributing to consistent, high-level results.
