For D3 · D2 · NAIA · JUCO

Run your program.
Not your spreadsheets.

Plan the season, push workouts to your athletes' phones, review film, and track every PR. One platform, built by a coach who got tired of duct-taping Sheets, GroupMe, and Hudl together.

You write it once. They open it on their phone. The dot means it came back logged.

Why I built this.

I spent five years writing my jumpers' workouts in Google Sheets, chasing them over GroupMe, and reviewing film by texting MP4s back and forth. It worked. It also burned hours every week that should have gone into coaching.

Programs at our level have the same problem at scale: stitched tools, no continuity across breaks, and one S&C coach (if you are lucky to have one) rewriting everything from scratch every season. The big-budget platforms are priced for D1.

So I built the thing I wished existed. Made for programs our size, priced for budgets our size, ready in an afternoon.

See it in action.

The actual tools, not mockups. Here is the planner you write in, the roster you run, and what lands on your athletes' phones.

caliberate.io/planner
The weekly planner: templates dragged onto each day of the week, assigned to event groups.

Write the week, not the spreadsheet.

Drag your templates onto the days, assign to an event or position group, and push it to every athlete's phone at once. Game week moves? Reschedule with one drag.

caliberate.io/team
The team roster: athletes grouped by event, with who is on plan and who is drifting.

Your whole roster, at a glance.

See who is on plan and who is drifting without opening a single group chat. Filter by event, position, or class year. Tap any athlete to see their week.

The athlete app under a school's own branding: today's workout with warm-up, conditioning, lifting, and cooldown sections and a Start Workout button.

What your athletes open.

Today's workout on their phone, with your film notes and a tap to log every set. A reminder hits their lock screen the night before. Your school's logo at the top, not ours.

Your athletes scatter for weeks every year.
Keep coaching them anyway.

Athletes upload film from home, you mark it up and send it back, and they log their lifts in the app. You see who is on plan and who is drifting, wherever they are.

Winter break

Home for the holidays with a lift plan and film review that follow them.

Spring season

Squads at different meets, one planner keeping every group on plan.

Summer

The stretch that sets next season's floor, logged from wherever they are.

Voluntary stays
voluntary.

Mark days voluntary on your season calendar. Anything an athlete chooses to do on those days is stamped voluntary, and their results stay out of the staff's view until your season settings allow review. Your athletes keep training. Your program keeps a record.

The whole toolbox.
Nothing you won't use.

Plan and assign

  • 01Write the week in the planner, drag templates onto days
  • 02Assign to event or position groups, not one name at a time
  • 03Lay out the whole season: meets, games, breaks, voluntary days
  • 04Push it to your athletes' phones and it shows up in their app

Track and review

  • 05Film review with frame-by-frame markup and a voiceover
  • 06Freelap timing chips drop sprint times straight into the app
  • 07Live session board ranks today's times while practice is running
  • 08Bench, squat, clean, sprint, and jump PRs on one dashboard
  • 09See who is on plan and who is drifting, at a glance
  • 10Every set an athlete logs feeds their trend lines

Run the roster

  • 11Drop a CSV, athletes get a one-tap join link by email
  • 12Tag by event, position, or class year for redshirt planning
  • 13Push and email reminders so no one texts you at 6am
  • 14Your whole staff writes under one shared program account

Simple annual pricing.

Pay per team, not per athlete. A team is one roster: men's and women's count separately, even when they practice together. Subscribe by the year and 2 months are free. Card, ACH, or NET-30 purchase order.

Good questions.

How does billing work?add

Subscribe by the year and 2 months are free (the annual plan is priced at 10 months). Prefer monthly? That's available too. Pay by card, ACH, or NET-30 purchase order. Cancel anytime.

Do athletes pay anything?add

Never. The school's plan covers every athlete on every team. They download the app free, log workouts, watch film, and get reminders. No in-app purchases.

Can we pay with a purchase order?add

Yes. Pick 'Pay by Invoice / PO' at checkout and we generate a NET-30 Stripe Invoice for your business office. Your coaches keep working while the check clears.

What counts as a team?add

One roster. Men's track and women's track are two teams, even when they practice together: each gets its own roster, staff, and season calendar. Running two teams on Program is $1,980 a year; at three or more, Department ($3,990 for up to 6) is the better deal.

What sports does it handle?add

Any sport. The core tools (planner, library, film review, PRs, reminders) are sport-agnostic, with deeper support for track and field and football.

What about voluntary days?add

Mark days voluntary on your season calendar. Anything an athlete chooses to do on those days is stamped voluntary, and their results stay out of the staff's view until your season settings allow review. Voluntary stays voluntary, and there's a record of it.

Who built this?add

Josh Colley. 8-meter long jumper, D3 jumps coach, and the engineer behind it. Built after five years of coaching his own jumpers out of Sheets, GroupMe, and Hudl.
