2.3 Training and Performance Data
When you use the Platform, we collect data related to your athletic performance, including:
- Workout logs and session data
- Video submissions and AI-generated analysis
- Performance metrics, splits, and progression data
- Training schedules and program assignments
2.4 Wearable Device Data (WHOOP Integration)
If you choose to connect a WHOOP device or other supported wearable through our Platform, we may receive the following data from the WHOOP API:
- Sleep data— duration, sleep stages, sleep quality scores, and sleep consistency
- Recovery data— recovery scores, heart rate variability (HRV), and resting heart rate
- Workout/strain data — strain scores, calorie expenditure, and activity duration
- Heart rate and physiological data — continuous heart rate readings, respiratory rate, and skin temperature
This data is only collected when you explicitly authorize the connection. You may disconnect your wearable device at any time through your account settings, which will stop further data collection from that device.

- Pages visited and features used
- Crash reports and performance logs

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform
- Personalize training recommendations and AI-powered coaching insights
- Enable coaches to view and manage their athletes' training data
- Generate performance analytics, video analysis, and progress reports
- Correlate wearable device data with training performance to provide recovery and readiness insights
- Communicate with you about your account and our services
- Ensure platform security and prevent fraud
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data in the following circumstances:
- With your coach— If you are an athlete linked to a coach on the Platform, your coach may access your profile information, training data, performance metrics, and (if connected) wearable device data to guide your training.
- Service providers— We work with third-party providers (hosting, analytics, AI processing, payment processing) who access data only as needed to perform services on our behalf.
- Legal requirements — We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business transfers — In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes. Wearable device data is retained only while your device integration is active and your account remains open.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure password hashing, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Minors and Parental Consent
Our Platform may be used by athletes under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without proper consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. Parents or guardians may contact us to review, update, or request deletion of their child's information.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

- Withdraw consent for wearable device data collection by disconnecting your device
